Zhongzhuo Intelligent Fluid Equipment (Hubei) Co., Ltd. ("Zhongzhuo") was founded in 2018 in Xianning — known as the "Southern Gateway of Hubei" — with its production plant inside the Xianning National High-tech Industrial Development Zone. How long does a prefabricated pump station last?
A quality FRP cylinder with a stainless-steel liner typically lasts more than 30 years under normal maintenance. Wear parts such as submersible pumps usually need replacement every 3–5 years depending on duty and care.

Can a prefabricated pump station be installed in high-groundwater areas?
Yes. Prefabricated stations seal exceptionally well and use submersible sewage pumps, so the buoyancy issues of conventional stations do not arise. The excavation still needs dewatering per the geology and proper anti-flotation design.

Does the control system support remote access?
Modern smart pump stations include an IoT module for remote monitoring and control via mobile APP or web console — status, current, voltage, water level and fault codes are all viewable at any time.

How long does installation take?
Far shorter than conventional stations. With the foundation ready, from lifting to completed pipe connection usually takes only 1–2 days, depending on project complexity.

When is a standby pump necessary?
For critical, continuously running stations we recommend one standby pump so service continues if a duty pump fails. For non-critical or intermittent duties, decide on an economic analysis.

How can I judge pump-station quality before purchase?
Check the cylinder wall thickness and material (e.g. resin content of the FRP), the smoothness of the liner and the stability of the control system. Ask the manufacturer for material test reports and visit reference projects.
