Integrated Pump-Gate
The Zhongzhuo ZPG integrated pump-gate combines the pump and the gate into one unit, integrating actuation, pumping, bar screening, level monitoring, water-quality sensing and smart control. Installed inside the channel, it occupies no extra land.

- Pump and gate unified in one structure — compact layout, greatly reduced footprint
- Pumps inner water out in flood season and draws outer water in during dry season, solving both seasonal flooding and stagnant water
- Only the gate and basic civil works are required — the pump-station investment, usually the largest share, is saved; lower O&M cost

Working Principle & Operating Modes
- 01Forced drainageWhen the inner water level reaches the pump-start level in flood season, the gate closes (manual option available) and the gate pumps discharge to the outer river.
- 02Gravity drainageIn normal periods the gate is lifted and the channel stays open; inner water flows out by gravity.
- 03Rapid replenishmentWhen the inner level is too low, the pump-gate lowers and the gate pumps run in reverse to refill to the set level.
- 04Gravity replenishmentIn dry season with the inner level below the outer level, the gate stays lifted and outer water flows in by gravity.
- 05Enhanced circulationLowering the gate and running the variable-speed gate pumps adjusts channel velocity; pumps can also run in reverse to draw outer water in.
